We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and undamaged products. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Undamaged: The product and packaging must show no signs of wear and tear, scratches, dents, or any other damage.
  • Returned within 30 days: The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  3. Return the item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds In-store

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or a valid proof of purchase.
  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
  • Exceptions: This policy does not apply to gift cards, perishable goods, poppers, or items marked as final sale.

How to Return an Item:

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return conditions.

Exceptions

Certain products may be exempt from our standard return policy, such as:

Personal care items: Products that come into contact with the body, such as Lube or Enhancers.

Gift cards: Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Sale items: Discounted or clearance items may have a different return policy, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

Unfortunately, we can not amend or cancel orders after they have been shipped.
