Order Processing

Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and undamaged products. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unopened: The product must be in its original packaging, with the seal intact.
- Undamaged: The product and packaging must show no signs of wear and tear, scratches, dents, or any other damage.
- Returned within 30 days: The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Return an Item

- Return the item:
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the
address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for
the cost of return shipping. - Refund Process: Once
we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility
criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the
original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business
days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions
Certain products may be exempt from our standard return policy, such as:
Personal care items: Products that come into contact with the body, such as Lube or Enhancers.
Gift cards: Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Sale items: Discounted or clearance items may have a different return policy, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
